Two big attacks:

1) started Sat. 4/13, thousands of new real Chinese routers, most have them have vanished as of Fri. 4/19, but many still linger.

2) started Sat. 4/20, thousands of fake Canadian routers

The network seems to be holding up ok, in part due to multiple defenses we've implemented over the last two years.

However, I'm sure we can do better. We are continuing to investigate both the sources and more possible mitigations. Please be patient while we do that.

Unfortunately these attacks have impacted our network statistics, making it harder to see how well our recent release is doing. While we're confident that the release does provide significant benefits, it's not so easy to measure concretely.
